a perquisite or perk is a special privilege that comes with a job or a status or a position
it's a little extra bonus
it's a little extra benefit
one of the perquisites of being the boss of this company is I get the best office in the building
one of the perquisites that comes with this job is extra holiday days instead of 20 dyas, this person gets 40 days for example
there are all types of perquisite
it's an extra allowance

this is more than your normal salary

after staying in the hotel for two weeks, I left perquisites for the people who cleaned the room

it's exactly the same as a perk
but it a perquisite is just the formal version 
perk is an informal version which I would probably give a 4 in formality
