equinox, this is halfway between your summer and winter solstice
but equilux depends where on earth you are, it depends how fast south or north of the equator you are
the equinox is always at the same time is when the sun passes the plane of the equator
the equilux will be on the same day probably but it changes a little due to your angle north or your angle south
