Congeal : (부엌/요리/지방등이) 엉기다, 굳다, 응결시키다, (생각/계획/기억 등이)굳어지다

Congealed

 

meaing is to solidify to go from liquid to solid, but the use of this word is much more complex than that

 

1) 

to congeal, when you talk about cookery, it gives a rather disgusting idea

particularly, congealed fat

there were lumps of congealed grease all over the cooker

If you don't clear up after you've been cooking, you'll find bits of congealed sauces and different foods all over the place

Once it's congealed, it is much harder to get off

congealed fried eggs, the idea of cold, solidified, coagulated

lumps of fat congealed on the surface of the soup 

congealed custard, cold and lumpy 

congealed blood, solidified blood

blobs of congealed blood

clots of congealed blood

to clot, to condense, to gel, to curdle, to harden

If you use it congeal metaphorically, it loses all of this negative spin, negative concept

when we are use it metaphorically, it's a good thing

the an idea congealed in my mind , perfectly fine not negative

it became solid

I thought about it until the plan congealed, until it came together
