1)
to squirt, liquid squirts out
I squirted some ketchup onto my hamburger
I opened the tap and the water squirted me
I squeezed the piece of lemon and the lemon juice squirted in my eyes
squirt is like a jet of liquid
it's a fast stream of liquid 
I came home to discover that a pipe had broken and there was water squirting all over the floor

now you can also refer to a person as a squirt 
very often you refer to a kid as a squirt
somebody who's not important and mayby somebody who you don't like very much 
if you call somebody a squirt, you are being nasty, derogative about them

a squirt, a small irrelevant unimportant person
a person of little significant
I'am sick of th eboss treating me like a squirt
this is informal and British
the  authorities treat all of us as if we were squirts instead of people
generally a squirt, firstly it means small not very big
he is only a little squirt of a man, a small person but you also use it just saying more generally somebody who's insignificant or contemptible

you can also use a squit in this exactly the same way
he's just such a squit, a little insignificant unimportant person
somebody of no consequence
that squit just annoys me so much
a contemptible little person
 

 

3)
The squits, gotta be plural 
this is British slang for diarrhea when you've got tummy problems 
ejecting a liquid in a stream
I ate something and I've got a terrible case of the squits
I wouldn't eat that it'll give you the squits
very informal slang

Formality : 5 for to squirt and a squirt of ketchup
Formality : 3.5 for a little squirt, a little squit
