Coquettish : 교태를 부리는, 아양을 떠는
Coquettishly : 요염하게, 교태를 부리며

a coquette is a person, which describes a young woman who likes to attract the attention of all the men by behaving like as she's interested in them but not in a serious way

However, if you use it as a verb or an adjective or a noun, then you can apply to both sexes
because I think both sexes behave in the same way
he was coquetting with all of the girls

he was attacting their attention he was hehaving in a way that showed he was interested in them sexually
