this word, it's got two prefixes and a suffix
before explaining it, I am going to look at the different suffixes or prefixes
paleo, acomes from ancient Greek palayos meaning 'old'
paleo, means old, ancient,, primitive from a long time ago, from a long way back
things that are very old
you could ahve paleontology, paleontologist, paleo-archaeology, paleoatmospheric
from very old times
prehistoric primitive
demos or demo, a prefix as well
demo, comes from the ancient Greek word demos meaning people
demo is a prefix, talking about people or society
you could have democracy or demographics or democratic
belonging to people or society
graphy, this is a suffix, which comes from ancient Greek world graphia from grafe, to write or to describe or to draw
graphy either is used to mean something written or represented by some sort of design or a field of study
a field of study, calligraphy, geography, iconography, cinematography, crystallography

So, Paleodemography, is demography of ancient people
paleodeography what does this actually mean, it means the study of the people from the ancient worlds, looking at human population in the past but a long way back
paleodemography, looking at humans and homonids in pre-history
thinking about populations and trying to statistically work out the populations
this is the idea of paleodemography, this is prehistoric demography or archeological demography
it's study of humans and hominids, hominids are like humans but earlier than humans
