Plebeian as an adjective, means of a low social class, lower class, common

soemthing belonging to the common people

something that is commonplace that it's not very refined

not something well and find

a plebeian taste

he has very plebeian taste, he lacks refinement, he's got very uncultured tastes, very lowbrow

the word Plebeian comes from Rome society

most of what is broadcast on television now is so plebeian, it's rather philistine and lowbrow, vulgar, common

it's something plebian is low and basis and not cultured, not refined, and very coarse

sometimes i can be very plebeian in my taste because some of the plebeian things are very nice

a pleb, as an insult syaing somebody's got abosolutely no taste 

all of these plebs complaining that they don't give them enough beer

Plebeians, these are still Roman citizens, they are not slaves but they are commoners, they are not inportant people

you can use this informally, what a pleb, saying you think this person is vulgar and they're common and unsophisticated

a plebeian, typical of lower class people
