As an adjective

I couldn't care less, it is not relevant, I am totally indifferent about it

a very pococurante attitude

apathetic, it's not relevant to me

not interested, you are totally nonchalant about it

 

As a noun

a pococurante, somebody who doesn't give a flying[fuck/stuff/toss]

they are apathetic about it

they just don't care 

pococurantism , the quality of the noun 

there is a lot of pococurantism within some of the most recent generation

this is someone who doesn't care , they are just totally indifferent about the situation

it is absolutely no skin off my nose
