Practice like you've never won, play like you've never lost.
This line is one of my favorite sayings and mantras. It helps me maintain calmness, equanimity, and inner peace.
I often feel like I am a master of my genuine feelings behind my facade. This sometimes makes me wonder if I have a double character. Inside, I am full of anxiety and fear, but those around me see me as collected and composed, often expressing their admiration. This composure is the result of self-training, self-control, and self-assurance, ensuring that nothing can disrupt my way.
Failure means you had the courage to try. Regardless of the result, the act of trying itself demonstrates your ability and bravery. So, don't be disheartened or discouraged. Keep going, as always.
Everything will come to you in due time. You don't need to ignore the terrible feelings of failure. It's alright to relish negative, depressing, and even miserable feelings for about one day, but no more. After that, brush off the downbeat moments and try again, moving towards your next triumphant moment.
